Whip Cream Evening Clouds

Whip Cream Evening Clouds, Oil, 5x7" NFS

I am having fun with painting skies and in particular clouds. I love the dramatic formations of clouds building before a storm.

To be given away at Daily Paintworks.

  1. I like your sky paintings a lot and you have really taken that challenge to your hear. Nice work.

  2. I am fairly new to exploring the Daily Paintworks website. I went on the site because one of my favorite Texas artists David Forks had works available there. Then I won the bid on a lovely little rose and lilac painting by Pat Fiorello in the Hurricane Sandy auction. Because of that I was able to enter the contest for your beautiful painting here. I can't believe it, but I won! I am really happy. I had been looking over your works before I entered the drawing for your painting, and I really love your artwork, of landscapes and animals in particular, in both colored pencil and oil. I, too, had a passion for horses and drawing them when I was young, but unfortunately never followed up on it as an adult. I am so glad that you followed your muse. So, thank you for such a lovely painting and for absolutely making the day of this "mature" Texas lady!
